• Offer Details: Eligible customers can book a truck service at Patterson Cheney Trucks Keysborough or Pakenham and receive free collection of their truck on their nominated RDO (subject to availability).
• Free Pick-Up & Drop-Off: Pick-up & drop-off is offered free of charge for servicing booked on an RDO. Pick-up & drop-off availability may be subject to location, distance (within 5km), scheduling and technician availability, and must be arranged in advance with the service team.
• Service Locations: Servicing must be carried out at Patterson Cheney Trucks Keysborough or Pakenham.
• Inclusions/Exclusions:
  • Includes free collection of the truck on the customer’s nominated RDO (subject to availability for the booked service.
  • Does not include repairs, parts replacement, additional diagnostic work, additional labour, or any work identified as required during servicing.
  • The cost of the service itself is not included in this offer unless otherwise stated, and standard service charges apply.
  • Any faults or required repairs identified during servicing will be quoted separately.
  • Return delivery of the vehicle after servicing is subject to availability and arrangement with the service team.
