Six-Time Champion: Jacque Semerjian Named Isuzu’s Tier 1 Number 1 Sales Consultant

Patterson Cheney’s Jacque Semerjian has done it again, taking out the top honour at the Isuzu Team Elite Awards as the Tier 1 Number 1 Sales Consultant. We sat down with Jacque to talk about the win, the team behind it, and the year that made it happen.

Remarkably, this is not Jacque’s first time on the podium. It is his sixth Team Elite Award, and he says it never gets old. “Every time, it feels like a real accomplishment. It feels good,” he says. But he is quick to point out that it is far from a solo effort. The fleet team and every department at Patterson Cheney worked together to make it happen, with colleagues like Brooke, Tegan and Matt supporting him every step of the way.

For Jacque, the award is recognition of the consistency and hard work the team puts in day after day, year after year. Winning once is one thing. Being able to keep delivering at that level six times over is something he is genuinely proud of, and a sign that customers trust the team and keep coming back.

Asked about the biggest factor behind this year’s success, his answer is simple: teamwork. When every department is pulling in the same direction, from sales and fleet through to stock control, pre-delivery and service, the customer feels it. From the moment a truck is ordered to the moment it is delivered and serviced, there is a whole chain of people making sure everything runs smoothly. The award may have Jacque’s name on it, but he says it really belongs to the whole Patterson Cheney team.

A few key fleet customers really drove the year. The Budget Group was the biggest, with Reece Group and Tilt Tray Design also making major contributions. Building and maintaining those relationships, and delivering for them consistently, was a real highlight.

When it comes to thank-yous, Jacque recognises the whole team and the wider group, with a special mention to stock control, pre-delivery, the service department, and management team. They are the ones behind the scenes who make sure every delivery goes out right and every customer stays looked after. None of it happens without them.

And what is he most proud of from the past year? The way the team worked together. Six Team Elite Awards later, the thing Jacque is proudest of is still the same: a team that shows up for each other and for its customers, every single day.
